The pitch is consolidation: replacing several disconnected point tools with one platform that a team can run properties through, rather than adding another single-purpose app to an already crowded stack.

We confirmed directly that SuiteOp was founded in 2023, is based in New York, and is led by co-founders Jean-Emmanuel Losi (CEO) and Simon Seroussi (COO), with a team of 11-50 employees. That's a young company relative to some of the more established names in this category, which matters context for how to weigh its growth claims.

SuiteOp's own site cites generating "$75+ in additional revenue per guest" and a case study of one 273-property operator generating "$500K per year" from a single feature, along with a claim of 5/5 ratings across Capterra, GetApp, G2 and Software Advice. Those are the company's own figures. We looked for independent confirmation on G2 specifically; its review page blocked automated access during our research, so we can't confirm the rating ourselves. The unit-count claim also wasn't fully consistent within the company's own materials — we saw both "20,000+" and "25,000+" units cited in different places on the same visit — which doesn't necessarily mean either number is wrong, but it's worth asking SuiteOp directly for a current figure rather than treating either as precise. Three named testimonials are published on the site (Sedona Premier, Regional Escapes, Beachside VR), which is more specific than an anonymous quote, though it's still a company-selected set rather than independent review data.
