About BnB Owner Report

BnB Owner Report is an independent review site for one specific person: the owner who rents out a short-term rental and has to decide who — or what — helps them run it.

There are two decisions we cover. Either you hand the property to a management company, or you self-manage with host software. Both markets are crowded, both are full of confident marketing, and neither makes it easy to compare real fees. So we do.

What makes us independent

We run no affiliate program. No company can pay to rank higher, and we earn no commission when you choose one. Our rankings are editorial opinions formed from hands-on testing and published facts.

How we work

• Every company on a list was opened and verified — dead, parked or acquired brands are cut.
• Fees and pricing come from each company’s own website. If a number isn’t published, we say so rather than invent one.
• Any criticism of a competitor links to its source.
