How we use AI

BnB Owner Report is transparent about how it is made. We use AI tools to help us work faster — but people decide what gets published, and every factual claim is checked against a real source.

What AI helps us do

• Gather publicly available information about companies and tools at scale.
• Draft first passes of reviews and guides that an editor then rewrites and verifies.
• Organise pricing, features and markets into comparable data.

What AI never does here

• Invent facts. Company names, prices, fees and features are taken from live official sources. If something isn't published, we say “not published” — we never let a model guess a number.
• Fabricate reviews or quotes. Any user review we cite is real and links to its source.
• Decide rankings unchecked. Positions are an editorial judgement made by people, using our published method.
• Claim tests that didn't happen. First-hand testing language reflects real hands-on work.

Human oversight

Before anything goes live, an editor verifies the facts, confirms each company's site is real and current, and checks that every critical statement is sourced. Pages show when they were last reviewed.

Accuracy & corrections

AI-assisted or not, we own every word. If you find an error, tell us and we'll correct it. See our editorial policy for the full standard.
