Revyoos Review
Revyoos pulls your Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com reviews into one dashboard, drafts the replies, and turns your best feedback into SEO widgets for your own website.
Pros
- Aggregates guest reviews from every major OTA — Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia — plus Google, into one dashboard
- AI drafts review replies for a human to approve before posting (the company self-reports a 92% approval rate), alongside AI sentiment analytics across properties
- Pushes review content back onto your own site as embeddable widgets (slider, floating badge, review wall) and Google rich-snippet markup so star ratings can appear in search results
- Works standalone with no PMS required, while also connecting to 20+ PMS platforms (Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify, Smoobu and others) for hosts who already run one
- Low entry price — plans start from €5/month with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required
- Independently well-reviewed: 5.0/5 average across 40 verified Capterra reviews, with 4.9/5 for ease of use and 5.0/5 for customer service
Cons
- Reviews only — no guest messaging, cleaning/task coordination, phone concierge, or upsell automation; it does one job and nothing else
- Only the €5/month floor is public; the real pricing above one property, and "enterprise portfolio" tiers, aren't shown until you start a trial or talk to sales
- Billing is EUR-only via Stripe and excludes VAT, so non-EU hosts absorb currency conversion and VAT gets added on top of the quoted price
- Capterra reviewers report incomplete PMS integration in some setups (manual per-property URL collection needed), and at least one reviewer called pricing prohibitive for smaller operators
Revyoos is a review-aggregation and reputation tool built for short-term-rental hosts and property managers. It pulls guest reviews from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia and Google into one dashboard, drafts AI-generated replies for a host to approve, and pushes that review content back out onto a host's own website as embeddable widgets and Google rich-snippet markup. The pitch: stop logging into four different OTA dashboards to keep up with reviews, respond faster, and use the review content itself to win direct bookings instead of paying commission on every one.
Pricing
Revyoos publishes one real number: plans start "from €5/month" per property, billed in EUR through Stripe, and the pricing page states plainly that the quoted price does not include VAT. There's a 14-day free trial on what the company calls its Business (AI) Plan, no credit card required, cancel any time. Past that entry figure, the actual ladder isn't public — the page says plans scale "from single-property to enterprise portfolios" without showing what a 5-, 20- or 100-property account costs; you find out by starting a trial or talking to the company directly. For a US-based host, the EUR billing means the charge moves with the exchange rate, and VAT may be added on top depending on your billing details.
Who it's for
Revyoos fits a host or small property manager who already has review sprawl across three or four OTAs and wants one inbox for replying to and displaying that feedback — particularly anyone building a direct-booking website who wants Google to show star ratings in search results. It works without a property management system, so a solo host can run it standalone, but it also connects to 20-plus PMS platforms (Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, Lodgify, Smoobu and others) for hosts who already run one. It is not a fit for anyone looking for one tool to also handle guest messaging, cleaning coordination or gap-night upsells — Revyoos' own site describes review collection, AI reply drafting, sentiment analytics and website widgets, and nothing beyond that scope.
What we could verify
Independently, Capterra shows Revyoos at a 5.0-star average across 40 verified reviews, with sub-scores of 4.9 for ease of use and 5.0 for customer service — reviewers there consistently cite multi-platform review consolidation and responsive support. The same review set surfaces real limitations too: some users describe incomplete PMS integration that forces manual URL collection per property, one reviewer flagged pricing as prohibitive at smaller scale, and a few asked for better widget customization and multi-property filtering. We also tried G2's review page as a second independent data point; it returned an HTTP 403 (blocked) when we checked, so we could not cross-verify sentiment there — Capterra is the only independent review platform we were able to read directly. Company-reported scale numbers — founded in 2020, 1,000+ active customers, 48,000+ connected properties, and 2.4 million-plus reviews aggregated — appear on Revyoos' own site; we treat them as self-reported since no independent source confirms them. The same goes for the company's claim of a "92% approval rate" on AI-drafted replies before a host posts them.
How it compares to our top pick
BnBGenius also writes and posts AI review replies — the two tools overlap directly on that one feature — but review management is a small slice of what BnBGenius does. BnBGenius is a flat $10/month AI layer (free for your first 500 messages) that needs no PMS and adds an AI phone concierge, a guest-task loop and automated gap-night upsells on top of review writing, for close to what Revyoos charges just to get in the door. If review aggregation and on-site SEO widgets are the entire job you need done, Revyoos is a dedicated, purpose-built tool for that. If you also want the phone answered, tasks tracked and empty nights sold, a single flat-rate tool that already includes review replies is the more efficient stack.
