For an owner who wants a single system of record rather than a stack of point tools, that maturity is worth acknowledging up front.

The honest trade-off shows up the moment you try to find out what it costs. Hospitable's pricing page lists four tiers — Essentials (free), Host, Professional, and Mogul (marked "Best Value") — but only Essentials has a number attached. Host, Professional and Mogul all show as --/mo until you build a plan in their configurator by entering your property count. Essentials includes one property free with unlimited paid properties bolted on; Host, Professional and Mogul each include 1–3 properties and then bill extra per additional property at a rate that isn't published anywhere on the marketing pages. Dynamic pricing is a further $5/property once your trial period ends, and the Direct Booking website is its own paid add-on.
