There's no separate price tag for "Insights" because Beyond doesn't sell it on its own. Who it's for
Insights fits an owner or property manager who's already pricing through Beyond, or open to switching their pricing engine to it, and wants benchmarking and search-demand data folded into that same subscription rather than billed as a separate analytics tool. Beyond's own product page lists integrations with Guesty, Airbnb, Booking.com, Hostfully and Lodgify, among others, so it's built to sit on top of whatever already manages your calendar. It's a weaker fit for an owner who wants pure market research without taking on a percentage-of-revenue pricing engine — the free tiers exist, but Beyond is explicit that the deeper reporting is a paid-plan feature, not something sold on its own.

On Capterra, Beyond carries a 4.4 out of 5 rating across 97 verified reviews, with Ease of Use scored 4.5 and Customer Service 4.4; reviewers there are mostly small operators — self-employed, 2–10 and 11–50 employee accounts — in hospitality and real estate. Praise centers on the pricing engine running unattended and raising nightly rates; complaints skew toward cost and contract terms, including exit costs one reviewer said made the service "difficult to move away from," terms another described as "heavily weighted in favour of the company rather than the customer," and a third reviewer's report of being billed over £200 in "non-billable" transactions with no refund.
