All children 14 years and older who are in the custody of PCCSB will receive Independent Living services to help prepare them for the transition from agency custody to self-sufficiency. 

Children ages 18-21 who have aged out of foster care are eligible for a voluntary service called Bridges.  Services could include financial assistance, help with medical coverage, life skill instruction, employment and education services.
